Regulatory Compliance
We find important to mark that we are registered in the Financial Supervision Authority of Estonia (FINANTSINSPEKTSIOON). According to Investment Funds Act § 455 (8), the Financial Supervision Authority oversees the compliance of small fund managers registered with them.

By the end of the 2024, we aim to launch our second fund, targeting stable returns in the high-yield, high-volatility market. Utilizing money market and loan instruments such as bonds, swaps, and short-term loans, we seek to deliver low-risk income exceeding central bank rates.

We are passionate about energy-efficient housing and eco-friendly construction integrated with natural environments. Therefore, we are excited to announce the upcoming launch of our third fund, focusing on real estate projects such as eco-friendly glampings and high-efficiency homes built to the highest ESG standards. We are currently in negotiations with several partners to select the best opportunities for this initiative.
